PREAMBLE

The customer acknowledges having read, at the time of placing the Order on the site https://saonaofficial.com/ , these general conditions of sale (CGV) and expressly declares to accept them without reservation.

These general conditions of sale govern the contractual relations between SAONA and its customer, both parties accepting them without reservation.

THE COMMAND

SAONA will confirm to the customer the acceptance of their Order by sending a confirmation message to the email address that the latter will have communicated. The sale will only be concluded upon sending of said order confirmation.

SAONA reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.

The information indicated by the customer when entering information relating to his Order is binding on him. SAONA cannot be held responsible for errors made by the customer in the wording of the contact details of the recipient of the Order (delivery address, billing address in particular) and for delivery delays or the impossibility of delivering the Products ordered as these errors. could generate.

Any order will only be deemed validated after acceptance of payment.

Orders are accepted while stocks last. The permanent or temporary unavailability of a product cannot in any way engage the liability of the seller and cannot entitle the Customer to compensation or damages.

The customer can select as many Products as they wish which will be added to the basket. The basket summarizes the products chosen by the Customer as well as the prices and related costs. The customer can freely modify the basket before confirming their order. Validation of the Order constitutes confirmation of the customer's acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions, the products purchased, their price as well as the associated costs.

A confirmation email summarizing the order (products, prices, product availability, quantity, etc.) will be sent to the customer by SAONA.

To this end, the customer formally accepts the use of email for confirmation by SAONA of the content of his order.

Any order confirmation entails the Buyer's full acceptance of these general conditions of sale without exception or reservation.

THE PRODUCT

Each product offered on the Site is accompanied by one or more photographs, which have an exclusively illustrative function and are not contractual.

Consequently, the difference in perception of shapes and colors between the photographs and the products cannot engage the responsibility of the Seller, who will however make his best efforts to ensure that the representation of the products is as faithful as possible.

The essential characteristics of each of the products offered for sale on the Site appear in the product sheet accessible in the store.

These products are available while stocks last.

THE DELIVERY

The Seller undertakes to make deliveries of the items ordered as quickly as possible (Monday to Friday, with the exception of public holidays and national holidays). The average times observed for the preparation of articles are 7 working days for delivery in mainland France.

Delivery will be made by La Poste Suivi or Colissimo according to our convenience.

- 2 to 5 working days by Colissimo for France
- 5 to 10 working days by international Colissimo.

Deliveries made outside mainland France will be made by Colissimo international and may be subject to taxes and customs fees which will be the exclusive responsibility of the Buyer.

To the extent that the Seller cannot know in advance the amount of customs fees which the Buyer must, where applicable, pay for the delivery of the Products outside Metropolitan France, the latter is invited to inquire about the amount. customs duties that he will have to pay.

A tracking number will be communicated to you by email at the time of shipment.

BACK

Return costs are exclusively the responsibility of the Buyer.

• Return of standard products: Buyers, non-professional individuals, benefit from a withdrawal period of fourteen days from delivery of their order to return the product to the seller for exchange or credit without penalty (except return costs), no refund of products will be made by SAONA.

• Return of personalized products: As an exception to the above, and in accordance with the provisions of article L.121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, the Buyer does not benefit from any right of withdrawal regarding products which have been personalized by the Seller at his request.

The buyer will need to contact customer service at contact@saonaofficial.com for the return address.

PRICE

The prices displayed on the site are expressed in euros, all taxes included, excluding packaging, order processing and shipping costs. Packaging, order processing and shipping costs are indicated before validation of the order.

The seller may modify the prices of the products at any time and without notice, in particular due to changes in the economic, legislative and tax framework. The products are invoiced on the basis of the price in effect at the time of validation of the order.

PAYMENT

The price invoiced to the customer is the price indicated on the Order confirmation sent by SAONA. The price of the Products is payable in cash by one of the payment methods offered on the site on the day of the actual order.

At the end of payment, a summary document of the order is sent by SAONA to the Customer, by e-mail to the e-mail address indicated by him, immediately and at the latest before delivery.

This document serves as acknowledgment of receipt of the Customer's order and includes all of the constituent elements of the contract between the parties.
